As a mother of four children aged 3-18, with a bustling household of three dogs and two cats, I understand the beautiful chaos of family life. But beneath the daily rhythm of running multiple businesses and raising my family, I carried a deeper calling that I couldn't ignore.

The thing about me is I'm an entrepreneur through and through. I've started many businesses - some successful, some not - but all were amazing learning experiences and necessary steps in my journey.

My first real success came between 2012-2020. While I had previous experience with freelance work and skincare home parties, this was my first business that grew into something substantial, which I later partially sold and eventually closed to move forward.

Today, I own The forEVER Jewelry and forEVER Jewelry Pro. I was home with my daughter for maternity leave for 18 months. During that time, I learned about and started offering permanent jewelry at markets, then from a studio built at my home. Not long after, I opened an online wholesale supply store for aspiring and existing permanent jewelry artists. The following year I created a training program. Things were great, I had so much going for me … until I didn’t.

Suddenly there was a huge shift in the economy, leading to changes beyond our control that affected us tremendously. At the same time, my business had grown so fast that it created a mountain of problems for me that took me over a year to get a handle on. I experienced one of the darkest times of my life - and I’ve had some real doozies - for two years. Rock bottom had no bottom those 2 years. Every time I thought I got past something, it would either pop back up or something else would happen. I lived my life and operated from a place of desperation and fear. I couldn’t hold on much longer, I felt like I was losing everything. 

But life has a way of showing us our true path when we're ready to see it …

The Beginning of My Transformation

I started my healing journey in April of that year, but because I was going through so much, I couldn’t fully embrace the lessons for many months. Despite the overwhelm, I was determined to learn and ready to completely give in to the process. Somewhere deep inside I believed; I knew there was a way to overcome this hell I was living, and I knew I had to do whatever it took to get to the other side of this. 

The turning point came early on in a course on manifestation - my first significant investment in personal growth. What I discovered went far beyond manifestation techniques. I learned about the roots of our core programming, how our earliest experiences shape our fundamental beliefs, and why two people can walk away from the same situation with entirely different perspectives.

 I began to understand how our daily environment - the things we wear, see, and surround ourselves with - profoundly impacts our subconscious programming. As a mom, I became concerned with the way my beliefs were negatively impacting my entire family's well-being.

This revelation led me to create Embodied Energy, a natural evolution of my entrepreneurial career, but one that embraces a broader mission. By combining my love for family, learning, and design with my passion for personal growth, I'm creating tools for transformation that work in harmony with busy family life.

My vision goes beyond selling products. Each piece I design, whether it's affirmation wear or crystal jewelry, carries an intention for positive change. I believe in the power of small, consistent actions to create lasting transformation - not just for ourselves, but for generations to come.

Today, I'm dedicated to showing my children - and everyone who connects with Embodied Energy - that we can rewrite our stories. We can build businesses that align with our values, create positive change in the world, and still be present for the moments that matter most.
